Terms of Service

By accessing and using ZenVibe Dev services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ZenVibe Dev provides software development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• Code review and debugging
• Documentation and technical writing
• Infrastructure setup and security hardening
• Application deployment and scaling
• Consultation and technical advisory services

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be outlined in your service agreement. General terms include:

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Client retains ownership of their existing intellectual property
• Work products created specifically for client become client's property upon full payment
• ZenVibe Dev retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
• Open-source components remain under their respective licenses

We understand the importance of your confidential information. ZenVibe Dev agrees to:

• Keep all client information strictly confidential
• Use information only for the purpose of providing services
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect data
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

ZenVibe Dev's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Issues arising from client's misuse of deliverables

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• ZenVibe Dev delivers completed work products
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Both parties return confidential materials

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZenVibe Dev operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
